Highway 101: First Adopters- This panel will include representatives from the private, public and investor. Discussion will focus on what technologies will disrupt mobility, how to work with governments to prepare infrastructure for the 21st century. What innovation platforms suppliers and consumers of mobility services have to evaluate, validate and pilot new technologies as well as the internal and external resources that they leverage. Further, what is the role of financing to support pilots/projects that have been successful and/or that are needed. The Nevada Center for Advanced Mobility (Nevada CAM) is bringing together industry, government and academia to develop and deploy policy standards and technology around advanced mobility solutions. This project is a joint project with the Nevada Department of Transportation, Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada, the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and Axis Innovation.
