Join us for our next Lorna Jane Canada Active Living event at our Vancouver Showroom with Pixie-Ann Mathura

60 Minutes Glutes and Abs is a total body workout, with specific exercises to target some of your largest muscles groups: glutes, quads and hamstrings, and core. Included in the hour is a pre workout warm-up, and a wonderful post workout stretch.
Bring sneakers, a bottle of water, towel, and yoga mat.

Pixie-Ann is a Group Fitness Instructor with a background in Aerial Yoga, Aerial Silks, Group Cycling, and Bootcamp. Passionate about all forms of movement, she believes that fitness can be fun for everyone. It doesn't matter what you do, or what you look like while doing it, just get out there and move - for Health, Happiness, and Love.
