Learn all about holiday cooking and baking using gluten-free whole grains. We’ll make stuffing from a gluten-free sourdough bread and sweet potato corn muffins that can be sweet or savory. Ask all your baking questions and get an inside look at a gluten free grain mill that grinds fresh, locally grown grains into flour. Abby Knapp and Matt Tucker are the co-owners of From the Ground Up, a gluten free bakery in Burlington.
