GLOW Run 5K 2013

The Betty Boobs are thrilled to announce the 2nd Annual GLOW RUN 5K! Last year's event blew us away and we're more excited than ever to give you a unique family-friendly event that helps raise money for the American Cancer Society and our local cancer community!

If you're new to our event, the GLOW Run is a 5k run (or walk, scoot or crawl!) along the mighty Columbia River at night. Your registration fee gets you some awesome glowing accessories (and we encourage you to bring more and dress up!) and come for a night unlike any other. Our live DJ will get you pumped up and you'll have a blast making your way down our glowing 5K course. You'll see friends and neighbors decked out in their glowing best and will have the gorgeous Columbia River to help light your way.

Please note: because of the success of last year (over 430 runners!) we've had to change our location to COLUMBIA POINT MARINA in Richland. This will allow us to have ample parking and plenty of bathrooms (hooray!) for everyone.

Also, don't panic because you don't see a "Race + T-shirt" option. We will be selling awesome t-shirts again this year which you will see once you click on the "Race Only" ticket above. We've streamlined this process (hopefully!) so you'll be able to order multiple sizes and quantities with the click of a button.

Online ticket sales with a t-shirt END on SATURDAY, MAY 4TH. You'll still be able to register online until the 12th but the t-shirts will no longer be available. If you would like to register at the event, you are more than welcome to for an additional $10 per ticket so please, register early!

Our goal is to to provide you with an evening that inspires our community and honors those battling cancer and those who have lost a loved one to this terrible disease. Please encourage your friends and family to participate and help us meet our fundraising goal. We've got big numbers in mind GLOW Runners and we need all of you to help us get there!

*UPDATE: to ease the chaos on the night of the run, we're going to have a pre-race packet pick-up on THURSDAY, MAY 16TH AT Greenies in Richland (701 George Washington Way, Richland, WA 99352) from 6:30-8:30 pm. Please plan to stop in and get your supplies so you're ready for the run the next day. If you're unable to attend, we'll still have your stuff waiting for you at the event. Thanks so much!
