🌙 This journey is intended to ignite your inner fire as you release stuck emotions, invigorate your radiant energy, inspire you to break out of your limiting patterns of thinking, unleash your divine power to be liberated, unapologetically authentic, raw and fully expressed!

🌙 You are welcome to come as you are and feel supported to express your wild nature, and be free in body, mind and soul!

🌙 You are encouraged to wear whatever you wish! Be comfortable, dress up, get shiny, be funky or sexy - this is an opportunity to feel your best!

🌙 Bring a yoga mat, large beach towel, water & open heart.

We practice on a firm turf lawn for easy flowing movements. If we get a rain sprikle, bring a bag to protect your items.

Optional: Stay after class BYO drinks, food & lantern to enjoy a picnic on the lawn, or grab from restaurants across the street.

Each month is curated & guided by Lisa founder of Fort Lauderdale Beach Yoga & Yoga cOMmUNITY FL and soFlo leading Yoga teacher at Las Olas Oceanside Park

Lisa began her transformational journey into the teachings of yoga & mindful living in 1990.Overcoming low self esteem & depression, she became passionate about the tools which supported her growth and began sharing the teachings of Yoga in 2000.

From public classes to private trainings, Lisa has refined her method of public teaching so it speaks with a light and loving heart of all levels, shapes, sizes and colors of practitioners.

Her gatherings are a judgement free zone, where you come as you are & receive all you deserve.
