Hi, I’m Esther — Life Coach and Psychology student passionate about self-growth, wellbeing and meaningful change. ✨

I create cosy and intentional spaces where women can pause, reflect, and realign — away from the rush and expectations of everyday life.
Through guided visualizations, symbolic rituals and practical tools, I help you celebrate how far you’ve come, gain clarity on what truly matters, and design gentle, realistic steps toward the life you want. 🌷
