Critical Preparation for the Eventual Sale of Your Company

We have brought together a group of experts to discuss the important steps in planning for the eventual exit from your company.

We will examine the importance of legal oversight through a legal compliance review. Our Insurance expert will discuss the amazing aray of insurance vehicles which can lower or eliminate significant tax risk and potential loss of key personnel.

GlobalCEOs targeted audience of privately held companies represents over 50% of our country’s GNP and are a major force in innovation and job growth. However, globalization presents both opportunities and dangers for our base. The first obvious effect that globalization has on business is the opening of doors and the increase in the amount of potential customers, suppliers, partners and collaborators out there. Years ago if your business was in Maryland, for example, it seemed too much of a hassle to try and trade and do business with someone out of your state and certainly not in other countries.  Letters took days to arrive, telephones were helpful but finding new prospect phone numbers problematic and fulfilling order could take weeks or months.

Today the world runs 24/7 with outsourced services and production that pits lower waged international competitors against our local, but higher priced labor force. More and lower priced competitors encroaching on our businesses but globalization can also provide new opportunities never envisioned just 5 or 10 years ago.

GlobalCEO will provide educational opportunities with featured presentations of key importance to our business base. It will provide a global outlook on all that we do and tap the amazing international base in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.

This is a leadership forum and we have special pricing for company CEO's / Principals of firms $1MM or greater in annual revenue. Please contact us for additional details Corporate Discount
