Event description

Description

This event is for students from Marquette University, Milwaukee Area Technical College, University of Wisconsin - Madison, University of Wisconsin - Whitewater, University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee, and Beloit College.

Since January 2016, Marquette University has become involved with the Global Water Center under the direction of Jeanne Hossenlopp, PhD, Vice-President of Innovation and Research. The Global Water Center serves as an international leader in water technology, and Marquette has identified students and faculty who work in the Center to solve the world’s water problems.

Currently, there are 15 projects taking place in the Center in areas ranging from testing membrane aeration biofilm reactors to electrochemical desalination systems that produce potable water for human consumption. Within these projects, there is a need to have students involved now and in future projects.

Please accept this invitation to visit our Global Water Center - Marquette University suite on Friday, October 27, 2017, to learn about various projects and graduate student services available on campus and at the Global Water Center.
