A global virtual conference on Civil Engineering and paper published in a high indexed system. The conference will run entirely online from paper submission, including peer review, discussion, and post-conference processing. No need to travel physically to Lae, and to Papua New Guinea University of Technology for presentation but you will be present within the 1-Week period of the conference virtually including PNG tour and cultural presentations. If you wish to attend physically you are responsible to get the business visa to Papua New Guinea (PNG) consulate nearest to your location and we will provide you with the invitation letter. Delegates are advised to check directly with the PNG embassy.

Join us for the 3rd Global Virtual Conference on Civil Engineering (GVCCE) 2018, with the theme: "The Civil Engineer on Smart Infrastructure, Sustainable Development, Professional Ethical Practices, Geochemistry, and Radiochemistry"

The purpose of the conference is to integrate practice, research, and theoretical concepts to resolve civil engineering issues and its allied field, a record of the historical, theoretical, methodological and technological advances in Civil Engineering profession.

Selected papers will be published in the Social Science Research Network (SSRN) and the publication of the book of abstracts of the conference is in Global Journal of Civil Engineering (ISSN 2523-9597). SSRN is an Elsevier, open-access online preprint community providing valuable services to leading academic schools and government institutions (https://www.ssrn.com/en/index.cfm/ssrn-faq/).

Abstract acceptance notification is on 22nd September 2018

Paper presentation runs online 9 - 10 of November 2018

Guide to Authors:
The paper should have 3 - 8 pages prepared in Microsoft Word format (.doc).
Page format in A4(210 x297 mm) portrait set-up. The left, right, top and bottom margins should be 30mm. Please do not use any headers, footers or footnotes. No page numbers. Single column. All main text paragraphs, including the abstract, left and right justified. All texts will be Times New Roman font.

Font size for the title in 20 pt, author names in 13 pt, author affiliation in 12 pt, email address in 10 pt. Write the Abstract and Keywords in 13 pt. The section heading in 14 pt., subsections in 12 pt. and main text in 11 point. All interval - single.

Order of paper: Title, Author, Affiliation, email address, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Section and sub-headings, text, table and figures (if any), Conclusions, Acknowledgements, References, Author's biography (50 words).
