Global Run Day

Global Running Day is a day that celebrates the sport of running. It is held annually on the first Wednesday of June. We wanted to make our Run Club session that week something special to honour Global Run Day.

This is your invitation—to connect, to move, to breathe, to feel the ground beneath your feet, to get grounded, to break free, break the rules, make the rules. To go at your own pace, to slow down, speed up, look up, to process the world around you. To sip water that’s never tasted so sweet. To meet your weakness, to feel your strength, to push yourself, to express yourself, to hear the rhythm and be the rhythm. To feel the sun on your face, to face yourself, to have your state of mind reflected back at you. To change your mindset. To meet yourself again at every mile. To see yourself differently. To feel running, differently. Because running is an invitation—to whatever you need it to be.

Join lululemon Morgan Crossing and Guildford Town Centre on Thursday, June 8th 6 PM at Blackie Spit for our Run/Walk. Followed by food and connection and goodies!
