To celebrate Climate Week NYC, Peace Boat US and GFX will co-host a special event with local partners focused on environmental action, ocean conservation, eco-fashion, technology and innovation for sustainability. This event will highlight the importance of partnerships for transformation towards a more peaceful and sustainable society, and provide a networking opportunity for United Nations delegates, civil society, youth, artists, industry leaders and the private sector. We invite you to join us for an evening of dynamic presentations, music, exhibitions, fashion, film, art and more.

The international organization Peace Boat is a dedicated campaigner for the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and since 2016 has been traveling around the world with the SDGs logo on the side of its vessel. This logo is now traveling around the world to promote the United Nations 2030 Agenda and the Sustainable Development Goals, visiting more than 80 countries around the world annually to inspire people in each country to make an active engagement in achieving the goals. The ship will visit New York again this fall on October 29-30 and for World Oceans Day on June 7-8, 2019. Most recently, Peace Boat has launched the Ecoship project, a transformational program to create the world's first sustainable cruise ship.
