It’s summer time and the weather’s…iffy…but we’re breaking out the mandatory grills anyway with Japanese, Nigerian, and Mexican flavors.
Learn the secrets behind the restaurant world’s shio-koji craze with marinated meats and veggies from Aedan Fermented Foods and the best of Nigerian cuisine with special beef skewers from Chiefo’s Kitchen, all accompanied by grilled Japanese and Nigerian sides.
Throw in some festive beverages, dinner at the end of class, and leftovers to show off to everyone you know, and you’ll forget all about Karl the Fog lurking outside.
