4 Things every Triangle entrepreneur needs to know
Join us in celebrating Global Entrepreneurship Week with a Triangle Entrepreneurs Luncheon at Embassy Suites.
Triangle Takes Off
There's a new buzz in the Triangle as entrepreneurship and technology cross-pollinate like never before.
Witness the expansion of American Underground and HQ Raleigh. Google's been making its presence felt with the first public debut of Google Glass and the establishment of a Google for Entrepreneurs Tech Hub in Durham.
It's no wonder the Triangle is ranked one of the top 5 areas for technology in the United States.
Global Entrepreneurship Week
Global Entrepreneurship Week is the world’s largest celebration of the innovators and job creators who launch startups that bring ideas to life, drive economic growth and expand human welfare.
During one week each November, GEW inspires people everywhere through local, national and global activities designed to help them take the next step in their entrepreneurial journey.
These activities, from large-scale competitions and events to intimate networking gatherings, connect participants to potential collaborators, mentors and even investors—introducing them to new possibilities and exciting opportunities.
Global Entrepreneurship Week is not one single event--it is tens of thousands of events, activities and competitions happening in more than 130 countries.
Triangle Entrepreneurs Luncheon
What better way to celebrate entrepreneurship than with a little power networking and a luncheon? We've lined up Mital Patel for some Q&A during lunchtime.
Mital is a key cog in the Triangle entrepreneurial ecosystem. A lawyer and technologist, Mital has been part of the some of the Triangle's most interesting projects.
The Q&A will be conducted by Hal Goodtree, a Tech Tank fellow and the publisher of CaryCitizen.
Registration starts at 11am and Lunch and the program starts at 11:30am. The luncheon is conveniently located between Raleigh and Durham, Google Maps shows ~17 minutes from both downtown Durham and downtown Raleigh. This is a plated luncheon and tickets are required.
