About the Presentation

This presentation by Mr Anthony Lai is aimed at helping Asian businesses address the following 4 major concerns. These are the 4 major concerns that keep most CEOs of Asian companies awake at night.

Concern 1- Strategy Frameworks:

How different strategies can be applied to your business. And how you should position your business to win.

Concern 2- Game Theory:

How to apply game theory to your business and how you can change the game in your favor.

Concern 3- Mergers & Acquisition:

How M&A as a strategy will help you gain market share and increase the valuation of your company.

Concern 4- Succession Planning:

How to ensure your business will continue after you retire. What are your exit strategies and options?

The information Anthony will share with us will not only benefit us but our Asian clients as well.

Please do your RSVP early and join us at this important information sharing event or better still bring your BIG Asian CEOs clients to this event to receive this information first hand from Anthony.
