ESC LOCK is a financial model that combines Escrow, widely used in e-commerce, and Lock-Up, used in stock markets, into ICO investments. Investments and the ICO company’s cryptocurrency are placed in escrow. The investments are protected by conditions for ICO companies to satisfy.
The conditions for ICO companies are ① listing on a notable exchange within 6 months of the ICO, ② maintain a certain price for one month after listing, ③ at least 50% of the escrow amount is procured by the ICO. The exchanges for listing are limited to the top 30 exchanges and designated by ESC LOCK.
For investors, investments are given to the ICO company only when the conditions listed above are satisfied. If the conditions are not met, the investment amount is returned to the investor.
