G.L.I.P. Monthly Dinner - Irish Cuisine
Wednesday, December 12, 2012 at 7:00 PM (EST)
You're invited to join G.L.I.P. ambassadors, members, and guests every month to enjoy a friendly dinner to give you an opportunity to meet expatriates of Louisville and discover our favorite local ethnic restaurants. This time we'll take you to the Irish Rover.
In Ireland the pub is the social center. It's a place to meet family, friends, or business associates, catch up on news, debate politics, share a joke. It is a place of character and cadence rather than impersonal efficiency. The Irish Rover tried to recreate this idea. Their recipes are authentic, the Guinness is shipped from Dublin, and the owner's brogue comes direct from County Clare.
Situated in the historic Clifton-Crescent Hill neighborhood of Louisville, the Irish rover Restaurant is a 150-year-old building which began life as a saloon.
For questions, email Silvia Sulfridge at firstname.lastname@example.org
The reservation is limited to 25 people and to one guest only due to space restrictions and to keep the convivial atmosphere. Feel free to bring your international friends, but please invite them to sign up to G.L.I.P. first at www.LouisvilleInternationals.com.
