Glen Gardens pop-up

Come and join our Move Champion, Kevern, for a free workout in Glen Gardens.

We will show you simple ways to get moving and be more active without any fancy equipment.

We are focused on getting you started and you don't need to wear any special clothes for this session, you won't have to get hot and sweaty either (unless you want to!)

We welcome all ages, abilities and sizes; whether you're taking your very first steps in getting more active or you're looking to improve your fitness - we can help.

Meet us outside the Pavillion at 10:00am, we recommend you bring some water with you, there may be refreshments available at the kiosk afterwards.
