ABOUT THIS EVENT:
Picking up where Lightroom Classic's Develop Module: BASIC leaves off, this course takes you deeper into the Develop module and explores important tools and techniques that give you power over your photo editing workflow and enables you to explore your creativity in new ways.
SOME THINGS YOU WILL LEARN:
- Working with black & white to find the right mix for a particular photo
- Using virtual copies to compare different versions of the same photo
- Using the Split Toning panel to add tints to B&W images
- Understanding develop presets and how to create your own custom presets
- Introduction to the masking tools and how to use them to perfect your photos
- Mastering the Adjustment Brush, Lightroom’s most powerful tool
- Exploring noise removal techniques and strategies
- How to use the Detail panel to make your photos razor-sharp
- Using lens profiles and adjusting geometry to straighten lines
- Saving time by setting up an import preset to apply standard adjustments during import
SOME DETAILS ABOUT THE CLASS:
- Target Audience: This program is suitable for experienced Lightroom Classic users.
- Length of Program: 3 Hours
- A link to handouts will be sent to students prior to class.
- This 3-hour class will be held online using Zoom. It will be an interactive meeting where you will still be able to participate and ask questions.
- A recording of the class will be available to students after the class.
- If you’re not able to attend, by registering, you will still receive a link to the recording of the class.
- There is a minimum number of students required to make this class feasible. If the class does not meet the minimum number of registrants, the class will be canceled one week prior.
HOW TO WATCH:
This session will take place on the Zoom platform. Those who register will receive an email about 30 minutes before the each event starts with a link to join the Zoom session and a password.
**RECORDING OF THE SESSION WILL BE AVAILABLE TO STUDENTS AFTER THE CLASS**
THE INSTRUCTOR:
Mark Fitzgerald is an award-winning photographer, author, and teacher living in Portland, Oregon. He has been teaching Lightroom since it was first released in 2007. During that time Mark has helped countless photographers learn to leverage the power of Lightroom and create efficient workflows that serve their specific needs. In the event of a refund, Eventbrite Fees are not refundable. Eventbrite fees are only refunded if an event is canceled.
We will issue a full refund up to 4 days before the event date; or a 50% refund up to the day of the event, if however, we are able to fill the spot, we may issue a full refund. No-shows will not be refunded.
