‘Glamour, Whimsy & Awe ~ 60 Years of Judith Leiber’s Artful Handbags’ and Our Fourth Annual ‘Garden of Friends Exhibition’.
The Opening will take place on Saturday, May 27 from 1 – 5pm in the Leiber Collection Sculpture Garden.
In the museum galleries, ‘Glamour, Whimsy & Awe ~ 60 Years of Judith Leiber’s Artful Handbags’ highlights over 500 of Judith Leiber’s brilliant and iconic designs and a selection of Gerson Leiber’s magnificent fashion paintings.
In the Leiber Sculpture Garden, ‘The Garden of Friends Exhibition’ showcases the extraordinary work of contemporary East End artists Monica Banks, Roisin Bateman, Scott Bluedorn, Philippe Cheng, Pipi Deer, Jeremy Dennis, Sabra Moon Elliot, Saskia Friedrich, Robin Gianis, Donna Green, Jeremy Grosvenor, Candace Hill-Montgomery, Sylvia Hommert, Erica-Lynn Huberty, Chris Kelly, Laurie Lambrecht, Lindsay Morris, Jill Musnicki, Bastienne Schmidt, Christine Sciulli, Bill Stewart, Sabina Streeter, Shane Weeks, and Almond Zigmund.
