Does my organization have to attend a Giving Hearts Day Kick-Off every year?

Yes, at least one representative from your organization needs to attend a Kick-Off each year. It's essential for all Giving Hearts Day organizations to learn about new technology, processes and guidelines.

How many people can I register from my organization?

Because of the number of organizations that participate in Giving Hearts Day, we must limit registration to two people per organization. If there is a clear need for more individuals from your organization to attend GHD training, please contact GHDInfo@DakMed.org.

Is this training different from Fundraising Training?

Yes. Fundraising Training is focused on a fundraising framework, providing you with tools to raise funds on Giving Hearts Day and throughout the year. The Giving Hearts Day Kick-Off is focused specifically on the nuts and bolts of Giving Hearts Day.
