The Girls Who Code Clubs Program offers computer science education to 6th-12th grade girls nationally. Girls meet weekly and are taught by volunteer instructors trained on the Girls Who Code curriculum. In addition to learning CS, Club participants get exclusive access to Girls Who Code challenges, events, and speakers.
PLEASE NOTE: This is an intensive program and students will be required to meet weekly, every Tuesday from 6-8:00 pm. Students will have additional homework from class and will have to manage their time and other responsibilities. This program will meet for a minimum of 80 hours and students will graduate from the first level of the Girls Who Code program. Students who complete this first year will be guaranteed a spot in next year’s program.DO NOT REGISTER if you attended last year’s class, you are already guaranteed a spot, please email Angela to verify your status for this years class.
Grades 6-12 only.
Class will begin in late January or early February as determined by class instructors.
Due to high demand please do not register if you do not think your child can make the commitment in time and work.
The final class spots will be determined by a raffle. Spots are not guaranteed in order to be as fair as possible to all girls who would like to attend.
