Saturday, February 27, 2021 - Dr. Allyson Watson, Dean of the College of Education at FAMU will discuss how to navigate the college application process; how to be a competitive scholarship and college applicant; and how to successfully transition into college. She formerly served as interim chief academic officer, dean (USFSP), assistant dean, professor and Northeastern State's first named endowed chair. Dr. Watson is an inaugural alumnus from the Gates Millennium Scholars program, and former (2010-13) national alumni president of the Gates Millennium Scholars Alumni Association.
