How does a girl go about finding her own power as a young woman? How does she get in touch with how she is feeling in a way that empowers her to respond in a way that aligns with her values? Does she even really know what her personal values are? Or does she just go along with the crowd because she is wanting to belong, even if she is unsure of what that means to her.
In this experiential workshop, each participant, aged eleven-to-fourteen ,will have time to get to know what bugs her and not, what brings joy and what doesn’t, what she is really wanting in her life right now and how she can tap into her own power to safely explore her world, the people, places, and things around her, to discover who she is.
What each girl receives from the workshop is a set of inner tools she can use to help her experience the world and choose what feels right for her in a way that is being open to new feelings and experiences while also being responsible to her values.
