FAQs

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

We do not recommend tours for children 7 and under. The history is a bit gruesome and we don't want to scar any kids for life.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

There is a free parking lot across the street from the 1859 Jail, as well as abundant street parking.

How can I contact the organizer with any questions?

ceckard@jchs.org 816.461.1897

What's the refund policy?

Absolutely no refunds. Please double check your date and time for your Ghost Tour before you purchase as we will not honor your ticket if you show up during the incorrect date/ time.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No, you show us on your smartphone or give us the first and last name of the ticket buyer.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

Yes.
