Ghost Hunting in the USA with Dave Childers Cook-Out and Investigation!

Join the team at P.A.R.A. for a celebration of freedom in an unconventional way as they bring on Travel Channel's David Childers, Paranormal Investigator, for his first ever round of ghost hunting at Hell House. Enjoy a cookout, some fireworks, desert and of course paranormal activity at the set of the infamous movie franchise. This is more than just a paranormal investigation; it's a celebration of paranormal enthusiasts at an active location where the spirits are eager to celebrate alongside fans of the location and the movie and they will definitely show you the LOVE!

Your ticket includes a meet and greet, a photo-op, autograph opportunity, hot dog meal as well as a piece of cake!

We will have equipment for rent as well as merchandise and souvenir footage of your evening. Please note these quantities are limited and presale here is highly encouraged!

Also note if you are an experienced investigator, you may go solo in the house BUT you must not interfere with the tour groups. They will have priority in spaces.

You will be investigating at Waldorf Estate of FEAR, the actual set of the Hell House, LLC movie franchise, which includes but is not limited to Paul's room, 2C, the attic, kitchen, dining room and of course THE BASEMENT. There are many other spaces not listed here; the property is enormous.

THERE IS NO HEAT OR PLUMBING INSIDE please dress accordingly.
