What time does the Castle Theatre open? The Castle Theatre seating begins at 7:00PM. SHOW STARTS AT 8PM.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? You can, but you don't have to. We would ask that you be sure to bring a picture ID with the same name as the ticket(s) are purchased under.

Do I check-in with the box office if I purchased my tickets online? YES. We will have this available for you under your First & Last name.

Are the seats reserved? We have limited reserved seating for groups of 10 or more. Call us (504) 287-4707 if you have a large group, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Otherwise, the seating is general admission. I have to say - there is not a bad seat in the house - PROMISE!

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event? For this show 18 and older.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event? Free parking across from The Castle Theatre on Williams Blvd.

What can/can't I bring to the event? We have a full service cash bar. So please don't sneak anything in. We're all adults here - ha!
