RSVP IS NOW CLOSED!
Feel free to stop by and we will accommodate as many people that will fit.

Girl Geek Dinners Philadelphia is happy to announce our first Town Hall meeting.

2011 has been a great year. We'll recap what we've done and talk about where we want to go in 2012! Tristin and Nicole will have a few topics of discussion, including meeting days & times, but want to hear your ideas for the future as well! (If you're unable to make the event, you can email your ideas/suggestions/topics for discussion to info[at]ggdphl.com with the subject Town Hall Discussion Item.)

Of course, your GGD PHL Social Committee thought they wouldn't be living up to their name if there wasn't some socializing as well!  After the discussion, we'll have a Post-Thanksgiving Bring Your Own Noms Pot Luck (a PTBYONPL if you will - we'll work on the name).  Feel free to bring leftovers and beverages (spiked or otherwise alcoholic!) or anything else to share and join us for some super casual networking.

The Town Hall portion of the event will be for ladies only.
Our gentlemen friends can join us for the pot luck (estimating around 7PM).

NOTE: We're estimating that only about 15-20 folks will be able to fit into the conference room for the town hall meeting so that will be a first come, first served situation. And ladies are more than welcome to hollar in from outside!

For the PTBYONPL, we can take as many folks as will fit in the kitchen area / south side of IndyHall!

Getting In
IndyHall is behind a key-pad entrance. We will post instructions on how to get in at the keypad. (Don't worry, it's very easy!)

IndyHall is easily accessible via car public transportation.

via car: There is a lot of on-street, metered parking. If you are looking for a garage or lot, visit http://philapark.org/locator/ to check out what is nearby.

via public transportation: Wildbit and IndyHall are a short walking distance from a couple of Market-Frankford Line (MFL) stops. If coming from outside the city, take any train to 30th, 15th/Suburban/Market East stop and hop on the MFL heading East (towards the Frankford Transportation Center). The MFL stops at 5th & Market and 2nd & Market. If coming in via PATCO, get off at the 8th & Market stop. You can either walk down to 3rd and Market or hop on the MFL a couple of stops.

Visit http://septa.org/maps/system/index.html for an interactive map if you need more assistance.
