Grace Kids will provide childcare for birth - 5th graders of families attending the GFC in-person Worship Night on Friday, June 25th at 7pm. This will not be a ministry-based time, but childcare using trusted babysitters. Families are required to pre-register here and will receive child name tags and security stickers at Grace Kids kiosks upon arrival. Please complete all parts of this form.

*Masks are required for all children (PreK and older) and adults while in the kids spaces. (Masks recommended for 2s and 3s as tolerated)*
