In this course, we are going to be discussing best practices for connecting to the patient meaning sharpening our soft skills. Communicating the treatment using the best resources available. Closing the deal by getting the Yes. And finally Concluding the patient experience which happens after the delivery of the treatment.
We will then talk about building the team to make it possible!
After that we will get introduced to our clinical partner, Dr. Jared Ford and see some of the clinical cases he/she has done.
During lunch, you can experience trying out intraoral scanning with one of our partner vendors.
Then in the afternoon we will be able to watch Dr. Jared Ford deliver an exciting restorative case to a patient!
