The average consumer knows at least three ways to stall or stop a sale. Gaining commitment has nothing do with manipulation or fancy closing techniques.

Steve will share how to identify the four buyers’ personality types to increase your effectiveness and how to create a mindset of abundance and confidence, leaving you more poised and prepared when setting appointments, showings and asking for the sale!


 
*Online registration allows us to plan ahead for adequate seating and order materials. Remember, when you are a “no-show” you may be preventing another member from attending class. There is a $10 reservation fee that will be refunded if you attend class. Notification of your reservation cancellation must be received by email or in writing 48 hours prior to the start of the class.

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY 

Reservations for programs requiring payment will not be processed until payment is received. If you must cancel your reservation, a maximum refund of 85% of the program cost will be issued if the cancellation is received in writing three days prior to the course date. A non-refundable 15% of the program cost will be assessed for processing fees.GSDAR reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any program. If cancellation occurs, GSDAR will issue a full refund. In the event of rescheduling, GSDAR will send immediate notification and transfer all reservations (including payments) to the new date.
