More Details
GETconf is a one-day tech conference by women, for everyone. GETconf’s mission is to implement gender equity through action, by amplifying and discovering voices of women and gender-expansive individuals in tech.
GETconf centers those most affected by gender inequity and creates space for them to challenge the current landscape through presentations, workshops and facilitated dialogue. We believe that by challenging gender-based division, we can create a connected Omaha tech community, that affirms all.
Did we mention that GETconf has been designed from DAY 1 to meet your accessibility needs? From ASL interpreters, affordable ticket prices (and scholarship passes), zero-step entry to the main hall to convenient public transportation, a quiet room, on-site childcare, and much, much more - our goal is to lower barriers for attendees in as many ways as possible.
