Event description

One of the greatest shifts that will change the world is more women in leadership. You owning, embracing, and evolving your leadership will positively impact not just the world but your legacy, your relationships, your work, your experience of life, and so much more.

Leadership doesn't require outside permission, a certain size team, a title, a specific background, or anything external. In fact, one of the biggest factors in your leadership is how you relate to yourself. Which then impacts how you relate, interact, and communicate with others and whether or not you choose to lead.

Do you want to add power to the legacy you are building? Do you want to increase the positive impact you have on the world? Do you want to add confidence to your leadership? Do you want to go after that thing you've been putting off? Do you want to connect and learn with other women doing the same?

This is the event for you!

Come join your band of sisters, your kindred spirits, your fellow swashbuckling leaders, for a fun and educational talk/workshop.

Are you ready to ...

  • Uncover the different ways in which you sabotage your leadership

  • Learn ways to have more confidence and presence in your leadership

  • Create more impact with your communication

  • Define what your version of leadership is

  • Up your leadership game in 2018

  • See that you are not alone in your challenges

  • Make new connections with fellow fierce women

Awesome! We can't wait for you to join us!

"Capital F fun ladies! Sarah created such a welcoming and engaging environment. Really enjoyed my afternoon. Thank you!" — Michelle M

"Sarah's informal language and vulnerability allowed me to relate easier and also open up more so than expected. Her workshop provided us with good reminders of our strength, how we diminish it, and tools to practice in maintaining it on the surface of our everyday lives." ~ Melissa R

"I attended one of Sarah’s workshops and was so impressed with her ability to make everyone in the room feel important. I learned a great deal in the workshop and for the first time I really finished what I started." — Jan P
