Featuring Dance Your Pounds Off!

Join us on Saturday, October 20th for a free
Dance Your Pounds Off Class
with celebrity Dance Fitness Instructor Dwight Holt.

The event will feature a cooking demonstration teaching participants how to create healthy eating options within budget and with minimal prep time. Additionally, it will feature a confidence panel for students and parents, exploring how to address
issues of bullying and the need for positive self-talk.
