Event description

Description

  • Are you feeling disconnected from your true self and is it hard for you to make decisions?

  • Do you find yourself often thinking would you ‘should’ do, have or feel?

  • Do you lack confidence when it comes to expressing your ideas and what truly matters to you?

  • Do you compromise yourself just to make other people happy or to avoid confrontation?

  • Do you catch yourself making assumptions/judgements about both other people and yourself?

If any of the following questions strike a chord in you, attend this highly interactive and experiential workshop guiding you how to diminish your self-sabotaging inner voices and limiting beliefs that are not serving your growth and enjoyment of life.

Our intention is for you to embrace your whole potential and own who you truly are. We will guide you through the process to help you to:

  • Identify your true values, dreams and your limiting beliefs that are keeping you back from honoring them

  • Uncover what your principles are where you can base ANY decision on

  • Design a strategy to find the ‘blind spots’ in your life for quick wins and create life goals that will truly resonate with who you are

Once we dare to take the step towards creating any change we want in our lives there is an open invitation to be bold and brave in fully committing to that decision and seeing where it leads. We believe that YOU are the one who defines what success and happiness mean for you. Once you uncover it, creating your life goals and commitments will become a celebration, not a chore.

After all, no one else should be the leader of your life than you!
