As a successful trade show exhibitor himself for more than 2-decades, Richard Erschik solved the pervasive lead follow-up problem in 1986 with a home-grown sales lead response "process" solution that he turned into a $10,000,000.00 national service organization. In 2009, he sold his company to one of its customers and today he teaches his proven process to exhibitors in his active-learning, content-rich, on-line-learning sessions.

Richard has been referred to as the stand-up comedian in exhibitor education for his comical content delivery and anecdotal comments relating to his personal trade show exhibiting experience.

Richard has conducted more than 350 international seminars, workshops, and on-line sessions, and has been a featured speaker and Round Table moderator  at the EXHIBITOR Show in Las Vegas for 18-years.
