About this event
This day of housekeeping is a day of personal inventory to review assets and growth edges as we prepare for the New Year. This retreat is open to all.The work may new for some and will be a refresher for others. We will use recovery tools as well as cognitive behavioral strategies and processes.
Be with us for your own wellbeing. Resolutions keep when we understand what we are workiing to change. Rest in community as you clean house.
Compassion for self and others will be woven into the work throughout the day with yoga, mindfulness meditation techniques and understanding of our inner processes.
