Can I pick up wristbands for someone else?

Yes you can, but that individual will first need to document this in writing by sending an email to the Spice Addiction Team (info@spiceaddictionent.com) informing us that they authorize you to collect their wristbands on their behalf.

If I repurchased a ticket from someone else, do I need to do anything?

Yes you do, please contact Spice Addiction Team via info@spiceaddictionent.com to let them know this, so they can update the name on the ticket to your name.

Are FLEET tickets refundable?

All tickets sales are final, no exchanges and no refunds.

What time is boarding and from where?

Boarding begins promptly at 10am and the boarding location will be announced closer to the date.

What is included in the ticket cost?

Spice Addiction Branded Cup & Bag, Breakfast, Snacks, Lunch and Drinks. In addition to 15% Grenada VAT (Value Added Tax).

What if I am not able to collect my wristband before Saturday 12th?

Please arrive  at least 45minutes before the boarding time so that we can provide you with your wristbands and cup.

Can I switch boats after I have made my selection?

Accepted Answer

It is possible, but will depend on the space availability on the boat you wish to switch to. If you wish to switch please contact the Spice addiction Team via info@spiceaddictionent.com

What should I bring?

It is important that you are wearing all your wristbands provided to you, your breakfast ticket and your Spice Addiction Cup. In addition feel free to carry anything else such as sunglasses, sunblock, vex money etc.
