With humor, encouragement and employer’s perspective, she's helped hundreds get grounded in an understanding of their own value and uncover exactly what they want. From there, it’s all about creating the strategy to make it happen.

Julie Shipman is a Minneapolis-based corporate recruiter and career coach. With over twenty years in the corporate recruitment space, Julie has negotiated countless offers on behalf of corporations in the public, private and non-profit sectors and coached several hundred people on the art of salary negotiation. From executive offers to recent college grads, she’ll share the ins and outs of how to get the salary you deserve.
