Get out, get moving, and start the year right!

Join the city of Lexington, Two Rivers Public Health Department, and Lexington Regional Health Center for an informative walk with our beloved Mayor, and learn more about city programs, like the field house, to increase walking, biking, and overall health.

We want to get you out and get you moving to improve your health.

Every attendee will be entered to win a gift card or a fabulous Walk Lex T-shirt, generously donated by the City of Lexington

With the New Year, we want you to be a better healthier you, so to help us on that path, Two Rivers Public Health Dept. will have information on their programs and services, as well as free pedometers, hand santizer, and a wristband flashdrive's just for stopping by.

Also Lexington Regional Health Center will be conducting blood pressure screenings and promoting other services available.

There is no agenda... the walk will start at noon with the Mayor. The booths by the health department and the hospital will run simultaneously.

Join us during lunch, take a walk, and learn more about what the city has to offer to get you out and active in our community, even in the winter.
