Get a taste of working for the BBC
To get a taste of working in BBC Local Radio and find out more about the Apprenticeship scheme then come to the BBC Radio York Open Day on Saturday 3rd May.
You’ll meet some of the BBC Radio York team; have a tour of our offices and get to play in our studios; and find out how to apply for the Apprenticeship Scheme.
The event runs from 10am until 1pm – and you need to sign-up here before you come along.
We are looking for applicants who are:
• non-graduates and aged over 18.
• creative, resilient, hard-working and passionate about what they do, with a mature outlook.
• news aware, and interested in current affairs.
• knowledgeable about their local area and interested in local news.
Come along and give it a go.
