Heidi's background includes majoring in dance at Ricks College, dancing with different teams (including the Boise State Mane Line Dancers), performing, and teaching Zumba. Her favorite things to do are spending time with family, playing the piano, running and doing anything active. Her goal as a fitness trainer is to bring joy and fun to exercising while getting a 5 star workout. She wants to get to know those who attend her classes and support them in their goals to lead a healthy life. Heidi wants to create a community of friends that are just trying to "Jump" and be stronger together.

What do you love about the community and why?

I love that it inspires me, as an entrepreneur, to go for it and try to do something I've never done before. I love how positive the community is and how being a part of it can improve health is so many ways, whether mentally, physically, or emotionally. ."
