Dr. T. Colin Campbell presents: "It's Time to Get Serious about Nutrition". Dr. T. Colin Campbell is one of the leading researchers in the world on nutrition. He is internationally known author and is featured in films. Best known for "The China Study" which is the longest studies done on nutrition in the history of the world. T. Colin Campbell is an American biochemist who specializes in the effect of nutrition on long-term health. He is the Jacob Gould Schurman Professor Emeritus of Nutritional Biochemistry at Cornell University.
Joseph Keon, Ph.D. is an environmental medicine researcher and author, Joseph Keon holds fitness expert certifications from both the Cooper Institute for Aerobics Research and the American Council on Exercise. In his work as a wellness consultant in the public and private sphere for over 20 years, Keon has focused on chronic degenerative diseases and their relationship to modifiable lifestyle choices. Author: Whitewash and The Truth About Breast Cancer and a new book about Alzheimers.
Chef AJ, Ph.D. presents: “The Secrets to Ultimate Weight Loss” Chef AJ has been devoted to a plant-based diet for almost 40 years. Doug Lisle, Ph.D. prsents: The Continum of Evil” is the Director of Research for TrueNorth Health Center. Lisa Karlan is a Health Educator and a Nutrition Consultant. She is the Co-Producer of Jane Velez-Mitchell’s #LunchBreakLIVE, a daily vegan cooking show. Lisa also reports for JaneUnChained.com which increases the public’s awareness of the exploitation of animals. She is also a Certified Food for Life Instructor, Physicain’s Commitee for Responsible Medicine. Lisa teaches others how to make informed food choices for disease prevention and compassionate choices for clothing and product use.
Linda Middlesworth is the Organizer of Sacramento Vegan Society and is Certified in Plant Nutrition from eCornell University. She is Certified in the Starch Solution by Dr. John McDougall, Certified in the World Peace Diet by Dr. Will Tuttle, Certified Aerobic Instructor and Personal Trainer and she is a Food for Life Instructor for Physician’s Committee for Respnsible Medicine. Her passion is to help animals become free and to help people heal from chronic diseases.
