Working long hours and know your health is suffering because of it?

Want some time to spend on you and your wellbeing?

If this sounds like you, we'd love to invite to attend our 'Get Healthier, Relieve Stress & Focus on You' Retreat in the beautiful Welsh countryside in October.

Amy from The Warrior Programme, who creates Warriors – strong, confident and powerful people who feel fit and in control, and Kate who is a registered Nutritional Therapist with experience in managing stress, energy management and achievable lifestyle changes to promote wellness - to bring you the best, wholesome, holistic approach to getting you feeling your very best. A weekend of activity, education, training, relaxing, nurturing, time out for you.

Where is it?

Tondu House Farm, Tondu, Wales - less than a 2 hour drive from Bristol.

Own transport to be arranged.

When is it?

20th - 22nd October 2017

Arrivals from 16:00 on the Friday, to stay until 14:00 on the Sunday.

What's included?

  • Two nights' accommodation in a beautiful, tranquil building surrounded by the countryside and close to the sea
  • Bedrooms will be shared, but if you are coming in a group, we can arrange it so that you are all within one room.
  • Yoga and meditation, so you can get peaceful and focused (if the weather treats us well, we will host it outdoors in the sensory garden)
  • Beautiful vegetarian food prepared by Nutritionist Kate Elliott - all your drinks and meals are included, except your Sunday lunch which will be in addition at a lovely venue nearby TBC.
  • Group personal training sessions with Amy from The Warrior Programme to work up a sweat and connect with your body
  • Mindset work sessions - Leave feeling relaxed, empowered and equipped with skills to incorporate into your everyday to make a healthier and more energised you!
  • Nutrition workshop – learn about the foods that energise you and support your body best.
  • Time in nature and by the sea and woodland to reconnect. The grounds include a fire pit and woodland trails.
  • A valuable chance to detox - the weekend will be alcohol free
  • A goodie bag, filled with lovely bits from our sponsors

We require a £100 deposit (non-renfundable)
