Get Funded and Develop Your Product: For entrepreneurs and innovators looking for non-dilutive R&D funding, there are 12 federal agencies that have open opportunities available to emerging companies through the Small Business Innovation Research, a seed capital program.
The SBIR Phase I Workshops will consist of two hands on sessions focused on SBIR Phase 1 Proposals.

Small Business Development Center
The San Mateo Small Business Development Center offers a wide variety of services for present and potential small business owners. Our services include assistance in identifying appropriate solicitations, guidance on proposal preparation, including assessments of technical objectives and hypotheses, and creation of supporting documents (e.g., biographical sketches, resources, budgets), detailed technical reviews and edits of proposals with extensive feedback, and collection of market research data to be included in SBIR/STTR proposals.
