About this Event

Part of the Expanded Programme of Berlin Science Week 2019

At Springer Nature, one of our main priorities is to continuously engage with the scientific community. Furthermore, Canada and Germany have very close and friendly relations with robust academic and research links. In this light, we are delighted to invite you to a networking event to meet fellow researchers with ties to Canada and Germany, and meet Springer Nature Editors.

Hosted by the Embassy of Canada in Berlin and co-organized by Springer Nature and the Max Planck Institute of Colloids and Interfaces, we will be highlighting some amazing research carried Canadian Scientists and Friends of Canada with ties to Germany.

The presentations will be followed by a networking reception with light snacks and refreshments.

Registration starts at 3:30 p.m. Please bring photo ID, a copy of the Eventbrite ticket, and allow time for security checks.

The discussion will take place in English.
