About this event

Congratulations on your new role and welcome to Georgetown University! New Employee Orientation (NEO) is the university-wide orientation for new staff (faculty can reference this page). In this session you will receive key information about how to get started at Georgetown, our values, campus policies/procedures, and discover a variety of useful employee resources. You will also have the opportunity to learn about our Jesuit Values and history and virtually meet other new colleagues. This is a live, virtual session held over Zoom.

**HOW TO REGISTER FOR AND ATTEND ORIENTATION**

  1. Begin Pt I of the New Employee Checklist available on our New Employee website: https://hr.georgetown.edu/new-employee-orientation/
  2. Register for this event with a Georgetown University email (NetID @georgetown.edu). Your NetID will be sent to you from GMS to your personal email address that you applied to the job with upon completion of hire. If you have not received it, please contact your direct supervisor for support. If you do not have access to your Georgetown email by the end of your first day, please have your direct supervisor contact their Departmental HR Contact (HRC) for NetID support.
