George's Cycles is bringing back Winter Racing! We're partnering with SRAM & Wahoo for 5 Week series of short races for fun and some prizes!

George’s Kick(r) Off 2023 Indoor Race Series

Everyone races twice per night!

Prizes:

Podium places will win Gift Cards from George’s as well as prizes from, SRAM, Specialized, Stretchlab and more!

All participants will be entered into a drawing for a Hammerhead Karoo 2 GPS computers courtesy of SRAM.

All participants receive 20% off select indoor trainers and accessories and computers. Discount is valid as soon as they are registered. Bring your registration confirmation into George’s to claim this discount.

There will be snacks provided by SRAM and beverages from Mother Earth Brewing so invite friends, family to come cheer you on.

Course: 6km Alternating Flat Crit Course and rolling Kermesse Course with 200 feet of elevation utilizing the RGT platform.

We provide the Wahoo Kickrs to race on. Only bring yours if you want to warm up!

Format: Series Points Accumulation

Points tally at series end determines final podium.

Top 5 from each heat go on to the finals

Places 5-10 from each heat go to repechage

Notes & Rules:

$100 Entry Fee for Series $20 per day!

You must weigh in before each date. Please arrive early to do so.

You don’t have to race each date if you don’t want to, but points accumulate to determine podiums. That’s why there’s a sign on bonus.

Please arrive at least 30 mins before your first heat.

We anticipate each heat taking around 10-12minutes. Please be prepared for your heat to swap bikes so that we can stay on schedule.

Please clean your drivetrain (for your fellow participants) and make sure you have a non-worn/stretched chain. You will be riding on brand new cassettes on Wahoo Kickr trainers and your gears will skip otherwise.

Please specify in registration whether you are on an 11 or 12 speed drivetrain.

Bring your own trainer/rollers/fan/equipment to warm up on.

There will be snacks and beverages so invite friends, family to come cheer you on.
