GEORGE KO: georgeko.co

"Heralded by Steinway & Sons for “making classical music exciting and accessible for the masses,” pianist George Ko has encapsulated audiences worldwide with his classical improvisations on the piano, blending Chopin-like virtuosity with the vast soundscapes of cinema. He has been presented at Carnegie Hall 9 times and is a repeat keynote performer for TEDx. George is engaged in a 20-city tour and has given over 200 digital concerts in the past two years. His performances have been broadcasted on ABC and featured in music festivals in Italy, Germany, Luxembourg, and China. As a recording artist, his piano compositions have appeared in films at the Tribeca Film Festival, Sundance Film Festival, and Netflix."

GLASS HEART STRING CHOIR: glassheartstringchoir.com

"Ian Williams and Katie Mosehauer are Glass Heart String Choir, a classically-influenced alt-folk duo that creates emotionally-charged, cinematic songs.

Friends-in-arms reveling at the intersection of classical virtuosity, existential poetics, and art-film surrealism, the Seattle duo weaves golden lyrical threads into their achingly beautiful orchestral tapestry. They have toured the US, New Zealand, and Canada, and opened for esteemed artists Devotchka, Emily Wells, Maiah Wynne, and French for Rabbits.

Recent releases include Divinity (“Wonderfully Poetic” - York Calling) and Call It Dreaming, a cover of Iron & Wine's indie-folk hit, a special recording that came to life by request from a longtime supporter of the band as a wedding gift to their partner. The instrumental EP Falling Stars, a collection of reimagined instrumental remixes from the band’s 2020-2021 singles, focuses on violinist/composer Katie Mosehauer’s classical influences and string arranging prowess, bringing both to the fore while maintaining the duo’s penchant for gliding gracefully between melancholic-folk and sweeping orchestral beauty. They are slated to release their first full-length album in November 2023."
