Description

Gentle Yoga- Mindful movement and breath working together to acheive a meditative and relaxed pressence in the body. This is a great practice for beginners, those with limited mobility and disabilities, and those seeking a slower practice.

Level 1 Yoga- An introduction to the Vinyasa Flow system of postures. This class moves at a moderate pace and is open to all Levels. Many modifications are given to make adjustments for limitations and injuries.

200hr E-RYT (Expert Yoga Teacher over 2,000hrs of teaching)

YACEP ( Yoga Alliance Certified Expert Practitioner, am able to certify other teachers)
