Gentle Yoga (Iyengar Style)

Discover yoga and all the wonderful benefits that will bring to your life in a gentle and restorative way.
We will focus on body awareness, learning the poses, practicing the poses with the best and safest alignment and practicing Restorative poses to aid the process of inner healing in the body.
Since this is a traditional yoga practice we will be paying attention to:
- Breath awareness: learn how to breathe right, combat depression, anxiety, fatigue with the right breathing tools.
- Asana practice: Learn the poses as you regain flexibility, strength, increase circulation and balance. Learn how to link the pose with breath to maximize the benefits of each pose.
- Guided relaxation: Enjoy "Being" not "Doing", while you quiet your mind and withdraw from the world's worries.
Beginners to Intermediate are welcome.
Please bring a Yoga blanket or a firm blanket and your yoga mat. Everything else will be provided for the class.
Every Monday 9:25am- 10:35am
Allow yourself to come 10min before the class. To get settle and start breath awareness practice on time.
